Quotes are free, itemized, and carry no obligation. A quote reflects the roofline measurements and scope agreed at the consult; changes to scope may change the price, and we will always confirm changes in writing before work proceeds.
Scheduling & installation
Install dates are reserved on a first-booked basis and seasonal demand is real — holiday slots are limited. Weather can shift an install date; if it does, we will contact you promptly with the next available date. Installations are performed by licensed, insured crews.
Warranty
Permanent lighting installations include professional installation, maintenance, and a 5-year warranty. The specific warranty terms are stated in your signed proposal.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are stated on your proposal and invoice. Work is scheduled once the proposal is signed and any deposit is received.
